First workshop with ICTA

I agreed to volunteer as a guest lecturer for a workshop series on “Freelancer Development Initiative 2022” on behalf of the Online Entrepreneurs Club.

We successfully finished the first Freelancer Development Training Programme for Government Officials, which included staff officers from the Ministry of Women, Child Affairs, and Social Empowerment. This was an incredible experience because I was able to understand the students in the audience and test their knowledge in order to give them advice on “how to get started as a freelancer?”

Workshop went really well.

There is a lot to learn and think in terms of providing great value to the audience by recognising their problems rather than just providing general content that can be found with a simple Google search. I believe I was able to accomplish this primarily because of my knowledge and experience.

Capturing a few moments

A funny story is that we were trapped inside the lecture hall due to a problem with the door lock. It was quite amusing, and we all laughed until we had to completely remove the door to get out.

Productive Session with lots of positives

I could deliver the value that I wanted to deliver to the audience quite brilliantly and help them to understand and learn more about the industry before they get started.
